Armory regulars run 8:51.19 to win 4x800m Championship of America, beating the Jamaicans with 3rd best US time ever, as well as 3:39 to win 4x400 titles.

- Craig Forys (Colts Neck, NJ) splits 4:04.4 to bring team from 9th to 2nd in DMR

After a winter season where she struggled with IT problems, Greenwich Jr. Caitlin Lane returned to the track and ran a 4:41.2 1500m, leading from the gunning and never looking back. She is entered in the Penn Relays mile on Thursday. RESULTS

Tess Massaroni (Holy Names) takes a hard fall in the steeple chase at the Lady Eagles Invitational. Tess fell hard twice, and after finally landing a jump, got a standing ovation from the large crowd, and went on to place 10th in 8:40.85.

Farrell wins 4th straight team title paced by double gold medalist Vincenzo Chiariello, who won the disc at 157-0 and shot put at 53-3.25. Stephen McLean (Transit Tech) edges Brian Furr (Sheepshead Bay) in 400m hurdles 55.02 to 55.03. Collegiate runs 7:56.26 4x800.
Boys and Girls wins girls title and the 4x400m along the way in 3:59. Zoey Russell (Frederick Douglas) 56.60 400m.

Sayville wins 4x800 in 9:31. Pope John 4:04 4x4. Ramapo boys wins SHR and 4x100. Kellenberg 8:05 4x8, Clarkstown South 1:29.8 4x200m.

4/07 - King Relays - Icahn Stadium
Byram Hills' Phil Cawkwell wins 3K steeple in very fast 9:31 (no water - 4 barriers)and along with his teammates they sweep the 4x800m and DMR's. Trenton Central, NJ runs 42.98 4x100m. The girls at Boys and Girls HS win the 4x100, 4x400, and SMR while the Bronxville girls run 9:32 to win 4x8.
4/07 - Middle Country Relays - Centereach HS
St. Anthony's takes team title as Faherty (West Islip) and Colvin (St. Anthony's) win most outstanding awads.
4/07 - Panther Relays - Wallkill HS
4/07 - Markewicz Invitational - Clarkstown North HS
Suffern's Shelby Greaney run 6:53.5 for the rarely run 2000m. Harrison's Josh Gallagher tosses the disc 164'08". Ramapo boys run 1:30.4 for the 4x200m.
4/6-7 - Arcadia Invitational - Arcadia, CA
Locals head west to compete at huge California invitational. Ursuline girls run 9:27 4x8 to place 6th and Farrell boys dip under 8:00 to also place 6th in the 4x8. Shenendehowa boys run 1:36.22 800m SMR for 4th place. Saturday brings open final and more relay action. Farrell's Dennis Aliotta 58-3.50 for 7th in Invitational Shot Put while teammate Matt Frawley leads off our DM in 3:06.6 just off the lead of La Sierra.
4/05 - Port Jefferson Steeple Fest - Port Jefferson HS
Smithtown boys sweep 2K and 3K steeple as Brenden Martin runs strong 9:49 while teammate Dan Frost runs 6:26.8. Shoreham's Erin Hayes takes girls race in 7:28.0.
4/05 - PSAL Weight Day - Pelham Bay Park
Strange Tetrathlon (shot, disc, jav) contested as Chris Walton (Telecommunication Arts HS) wins boys event and Shernet Richardson (Chistopher Columbus HS) takes boys event.
