New York, NY – The Armory Track and Field Foundation has announced that their website, ArmoryTrack.com, will join the MileSplit.us network.
This comes on the heels of MileSplit.us launching their new partnership with Runner’s World on August 19th.
The MileSplit Network is a growing 25-state network of distinct, yet united web sites dedicated to the pursuit of our passion – providing in-depth, state-focused coverage of youth and high school track & field and cross country.

The Farrell boys and Loughlin girls win team titles. Freshman Phyllis Francis (Catherine McCauley HS) runs meet record 1:30.28 600m - US#1. He's had that giddy feeling at the New Balance Armory before. But this time was different. Webb won his first race ever at the Armory, claiming the elite men's mile in 3:56.70, an indoor personal best. full story

Along with Chris Moen's 4:16.76 triumph in the boys high school mile for Walter Johnson High of Bethesda, Md. - the junior start beat out Chaminade (LI) star Ryan McDermott (4:16.96) and Morris Hills (NJ) ace Kyle Soloff (4:19.41) - these were tickets to the big high school mile races on the card of the Millrose Games.

Lionel Trains Rolls On 2 US#1's for Lionel
Williams doubles 2:29.30-1:19.40 St. Peter's Lionel Williams did it again, this time throwing down a 2:29.30 1000m effort completly uncontested before bouncing back with a 1:19.40 600m, both current US#1 performances.
His 600m time ranks him US#3 all time while the 1000m time was good best 20th best in NYC history. Full story here

Florida State’s star is junior sprinter Walter Dix (right), who will be making his New York indoor debut. Dix has run in New York, however. At the 2005 NCAA Eastern Regional outdoor meet at Randall’s Island, he broke the American Junior record in the 100 meters.

Saratoga girls sweep the distance relays in 12:05 and 9:39. Uniondale girls win 4x2 in 1:44.56. Uniondale's Ashlea McLaughlin edge Mt. Vernon's Breanda Crump, 1:15.02-1:15.54 in 500m.
